At Twill Emporium, we aim to deliver your fabrics safely and efficiently.

Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Shipping Locations

Twill Emporium currently ships within South Africa and International shipping may be arranged on EXW or DAP shipping terms. Any updates will be reflected on this page.

 

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotions

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

 

3. Cut-to-Order Fabrics

Most fabrics are cut to order once payment has been received. Processing times begin after cutting is completed.

 

4. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We use reputable third-party courier services to deliver orders. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

 

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are:

  • Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and parcel size/weight

  • Non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Not inclusive of customs duties or additional charges (if applicable in the future) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

7. Tracking Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

8. Delivery Responsibility

The delivery address provided is correct and complete. Someone is available to receive the parcel.

Twill Emporium is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address details

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Parcels left unattended at the customer’s request

 

9. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:Notify us within 48 hours of deliveryProvide clear photographs of the packaging and contentsClaims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit:We will liaise with the courier on your behalf. Resolution will be subject to the courier’s investigation and terms. Twill Emporium cannot guarantee refunds for delays beyond our control.

 

11. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photographs

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

 

12. Public Holidays & Force Majeure
